In 1996, I moved to Nantucket Island, Massachusetts from my longtime home of Michigan. It wasn’t long before I fell in love with the east coast, Cape Cod and the islands. With my background in business and my love of organization I decided to start a cleaning business where I could implement both and help others keep their homes and offices a little cleaner and a little more organized, that is when Swept Away Cleaning was founded on Nantucket in the summer of 1999.
