Weekly or Biweekly Cleaning

During a general weekly or biweekly cleaning we will clean, sanitize, and tidy up your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and all common areas. We will also make beds and do laundry if you request that service. This service includes high and low dusting, dusting of all furniture and vacuuming and washing of all floors. Kitchen cleaning consists of wiping all countertops and cabinet and drawer fronts, cleaning all small appliances, cleaning dishes or emptying dishwasher. Cleaning of the oven and refrigerator upon request.

Your bathrooms will sparkle after we scrub and disinfect the sinks, toilets, tubs and showers.

Spring Cleaning

The spring cleaning is my favorite. This is the ultimate cleaning. Our cleaners will come in and clean and sanitize your home from top to bottom. This type of cleaning is very detailed as we will clean and organize inside all of your cabinets, drawers, appliances, closets, and bureaus. We pull up rugs and move furniture to clean behind, under and all around, things that just can not be done in a timely general cleaning. We will also clean and sanitize all of the dishes, glassware, pots and pans etc. In every closet we will refold and organize all items. Every room in the house gets a full cleaning makeover. This type of cleaning is deep detailed cleaning with a lot of organization.

Turnover Cleaning

During a turnover rental cleaning we will make your home look as though no one was there before your next guests arrive. With this type of cleaning we will clean, tidy and sanitize all rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We will wash, dry and fold any laundry, as well as make beds with fresh linens and put out fresh towels. We will clean and clear out anything left in the refrigerator and freezer and discard any food left in cabinets. We will clean all of the kitchen appliances in addition to a general kitchen cleaning. The bathrooms will be fully cleaned and disinfected and all of the soaps and paper products replenished. Outside of your home will straighten all outdoor furniture, clean the outdoor shower, table and chairs and grill. We will also sweep oﬀ all decks and take out all of the rubbish.

Post Construction Cleaning

This cleaning is a full dusting, cleaning, washing and vacuuming of all surfaces after construction work has been finished in any house or other location. This cleaning is similar to a spring cleaning but usually there is no furniture present in the location. Although, sometimes customers choose to reconstruct one room at a time in there homes which allows construction dust and debris to go beyond the work area and into other areas needing more cleaning than just that one area of construction. Either way construction dust is like pollen, it settles and you clean it and it settles again. So it is very important to have a professional cleaning as this construction dust can be harmful to the respiratory tract.

Closing Cleaning

This type of cleaning is a general cleaning for the house that is used only seasonally and needs to be “put to bed” at the end of the summer or fall season. We will clean all the general areas and the kitchen and bathrooms. We will clean out the refrigerator and any open food that will spoil or attract animals. Vacuuming and washing of all floors so no food particles or stains will remain to attract insects or rodents. We will cover any specified furniture and or artwork to protect them from the light and the elements. We will clean and bring in any outdoor furniture or put away in garage or shed areas.

Laundry Service

We are here to make your life easier! We provide a laundry service so you can enjoy life or just plain not have to worry about juggling work and laundry. We pick up your laundry and wash, dry, fold and deliver back to you. We also iron your clothes and sheets upon request for a small additional fee.

Organizational Service

Organization or feng shui, whatever you may call it, lets face it, its fabulous! There is nothing quite like returning home to a fully organized closet of clothes organized by the seasons and the color of the rainbow. We can help you organize your oﬃce or any space, most importantly, your home, so you can feel more organized in life.

Window Cleaning

Yes, we also do window cleaning! We are not your typical window cleaners though because we do more than just clean the glass. We ALSO clean the window ledges, sills and all woodwork and screens. We charge per window so please contact us for a free estimate.

Specialty Cleaning

A specialty cleaning is exactly how it sounds. This cleaning is for the person who might not want their whole house or whole oﬃce cleaned, but just certain areas cleaned. We do only what you request. Whether it’s a one time cleaning or a party that you are hosting and needing a cleaning before or after, or you just want to have a day of NOT having to do any housework, we are your team!
